Brewtiful PDX

Pop off Portland! The blossoming trees are coming online and it’s giving me life despite the violent sneezing and wildly changing weather. I love spring. I’ve always loved spring; the whole city loves spring.

Portland is famously known for our beautiful cherry blossoms (our downtown waterfront proves it), shorts and sandals with hoodies when it is still WAY too cold, and hitting the parks, bars, and streets of Portland en masse just because a few sun rays hit our faces. If you happen to be walking in any of our neighborhoods, you will be met with the same wild grin we all have on our faces because creativity has sprung anew.

You can pop into any market or restaurant and find a craft brew. Whether that is tea, coffee, CBD drinks, beer, or cider, someone in this town has followed that inspiration and brewed up a new potion for us to try. We are ready for an uplifting discovery because we’re OUT!

It’s a little embarrassing how spoiled we are. The endless creativity of our craft brewers, whether it is a home brew at a friend’s house or the latest at your favorite microbrew or tea house, means there is always something new and exciting. We socialize, we drink, we laugh, and we remember what a fucking beautiful city we have and how lucky we are to be here.

This little number (CLICK HERE) combines that excitement of creative discovery in a city whose energy comes alive with the cherry blossoms. It has an old bottle as a vase because we DIY and recycle and feel like we are the king of the world when we do. For anyone out there who has felt this and appreciated all the fantastic light filled, blooming creative energy in our world, you know what I’m laying down.
