Every item in this shop is made to order just for you, so all sales are final. That said, if your order arrives with a printing error, damage, or a defect, I’m here to help make it right.
If there is damage or defect with Your Order
Please contact me within 25 days of receiving your order if something has a defect, damage or printing error. Send an email to damselofdesignbiz@gmail.com with the following:

A brief description of the issue

Photo or video proof clearly showing the problem (if file(s) exceeds 30 MG, please provide a link the images)

Your order number
If the issue is due to a manufacturing error or damage in shipping, I’ll gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund, at no cost to you.
What Isn’t Covered
Unfortunately, I can't accept returns or offer refunds for:

Items ordered in the wrong size or color

Change of heart after ordering

Orders where the wrong shipping address was provided
